After 14 days on the trail I finally arrived! The last day was a very hot day spent going from Monte Grappa, together with Andrea. It was a good feeling to be back, sharing the final kilometres with family and friends. Completing this fantastic experience along very beautiful trails and mountains was the completion of a memorable journey!

Much has happened since my last update! From Bormio (only one day into 🇮🇹), I made my way into Trentino region on Sunday and there touched Peio, Rifugio Stoppani, Trento and Passo Vezzena. Since yesterday I am in Veneto region. Yesterday I spent the night in Gallio and today I am in Rifugio Scarpon (Monte Grappa, 1700m above sea level). There is only one long (30km) downhill (and one day) left to go. The arrival is planned for tomorrow afternoon/evening!

Thursday morning, start of day 6.
I spent the night at Parkhütte Varush in Engadin. Beyond those mountains it's where I am heading to this morning. There were some overnight rains but apparently no snow, not even at 2700 (Tropchun Pass). I will find out soon. By lunchtime I should be in Italy in Livigno and then continue to Rifugio San Giacomo.
